Bicycle Service & Repair
Bike Repair Experts Providing You with
Customized Service
Repair services are done on a first come first serve basis. When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly staff will take down your contact information and talk with you about your needs and/or concerns. We'll then get you checked into the service queue and give you an estimated timeframe for when your bike will be ready for pickup. Once it is finished we'll immediately contact you so you can get back to riding ASAP.
We offer traditional Tune-Up packages, but we fully understand that each customer arrives at our shop with different needs and offer offer "a la carte" service options as well. When you arrive to drop off your bicycle, one of our mechanics will provide an initial diagnostic assessment and then recommend and discuss the best service option for you. Tune-Up Packages
We offer traditional tune-up packages that cover a wide variety of services. If your bike is in need of some serious TLC, a tune-up is the way to go and typically less expensive than doing all of the covered services separately!

Suspension Services
We offer all levels of suspension service in-shop on some of the most common forks, shocks, droppers and additional suspension components. While we cannot service every fork and shock ever made, we'll know what to do and where to go to get you back into day 1 riding shape.

If we haven't said it already, we have some of (if not the absolute) best mechanics in Austin and can fix just about anything related to two wheel pedal machines. We offer "a la carte" services in case you just need a brake bled, a flat fixed, a wheel setup for tubeless and everything else in between! (**Parts cost not included)

Do you want to keep your frame and paint looking as good as new in our rocky terrain? We install frame protection kits in-shop!
We primarily use RideWrap, but also have bulk tape and have worked with different vendors depending on desired protection level.
